Cohen's Lifestyle Why can't I have frozen fruit?

Hi,

I bought a container of frozen mango cheeks and then I looked in my book and it says no frozen fruit!

If I defrost the mango and weigh it can I eat it then? its all natural from a fruit market.

Help I want my mango!
 
I would check with your consultants as I used to weigh out my own mango & freeze it in 1 fruit portions, in zip-lock bags. You would have to be absolutely certain that nothing is added of course. It would be interesting to hear what they say. Cheers, Cate.

Thanks for that! I did too and found as long as it is defrosted when I weigh it its fine, so I got all excited only to find that defrosted mango is disgusting and should only really be used to stew or in cooking :eek:( so tonight I'll have melon instead.
