I've only been working out for about 2 weeks, the day after my first workout my chest was sore, I liked it. It was proof it was working. But now, it just doesnt burn. Does that mean its not working? Just wondering, thanks in advance!

This time your muscles are thinking "this maniac is putting us through hell, we need to prepare for next time"! so they get stronger, and more resillient (sp?) to your efforts. DM is correct. Soreness does not equal growth. Delayed onset muscle soreness should be noticeable and only noticeable. I barely notice it anymore.
