This was Day 3, and it was a non-workout day, which was good because I was hugely busy at the office. Ate according to plan.

Today was Day 4. Tough day at the office. Almost went for a bag of Skittles to give myself a treat for all the work I was doing. But I resisted. So another day of sticking to the food plan. No time to run, but walked home from work fast. Four kilometres.
 
Had to go out of town, which made it difficult to stay on track, but I'm back now and ready to focus. Down 1.5 lbs so far.

Back on track food-wise today. Feels good to be heading in the right direction again.

Ate properly today and walked to the grocery store -- 1.4 k there, and 1.4 k with a heavy backpack home. Bought no junk food. Pleased with self.

All hours are not created equal. I feel strong during some, and just plain unfulfilled during others--then I crave something sweet or filling or something. Just anything! But I have been trying to remind myself that I'm already three quarters of the way through the day and there's no point in blowing it now. So far, that's been working.
 
I am keeping track on the Weigh Yourself Every Day thread. No time to keep a journal at the moment.
