Hi guys!
I'm creating this diary so I have somewhere to write down my daily eating, and my weigh ins, and any progress I make physically or emotionally! I've had a weight loss diary before, and I found it really helpful. I saw alot had changed not only in my waist line, but in my attitude also. Things changed in my life though, and I stopped using it, and stopped losing the weight.
2 years ago I started at 131KG. I got down to 102KG. I am now back up to around 118KG.
My goal is 70KG.
All previous gains and mistakes have been forgiven... This is the beginning.
Official weigh in is tomorrow morning...

I like to make a "meal plan" each day and see how I do at sticking to it!

Todays meal plan:
Breakfast, toasted ham sandwich (already had)
Snack, rice crackers with light french onion dip
Lunch, chicken cheese and onion wrap
Dinner, souvlaki chicken pieces with shredded cheese toasted wrap

One thing I would like to mention that is kinda important... I don't eat vegetables.... At all.
I know this isn't healthy.. but I have a deep psychological problem with vege's that makes me throw up whenever I eat one.
I lost roughly 30kg in a year last time around.. and I didnt eat a single vegetable, i'm sure I can do it again!
Also, not a huge fan of red meat. Will eat sausages, mince, but thats about as far as my red meat intake goes. Oh but I love roast lamb or beef. But I can't eat a steak, chop, anything like that.
 
OK yesterday didn't go too well... I stayed away from "fatty foods", but i kinda overloaded on ham sandwiches.
I suppose it was alright concidering I was parked next to hungry jacks and could smell those flame grilled burgers...

I weighed in this morning... I kinda forgot about it though so i'd eaten breakfast before weighing in! My weigh in anyway was bang on 118.0kg

Todays eating plan:
Breakfast, toasted ham sandwich
Snack, low fat chocolate dessert thing (about 100cals)
Lunch, souvlaki chicken, shredded light cheese and onion wrap
Dinner, 2 fish strip wraps with cheese and onion

I also ordered 3 workout dvd's online.. a step one.. another walking one (love leslie sanstone) and a boot camp one!
 
I really suck at this diet thing...
Another wasted and bad day :(
I'm great until I get home and all those food options expand....
Leftovers from the night before are so easy to grab....
On a bad day my partner has no problems at all convincing me to have Hungry Jacks for dinner...
This has got to stop!
I'm going to try to experiment.... During the day, i'm going to eat less, so I don't do as much damage at night. Hmmmm?
So i've got some left over shakes from when I tried it.. I may as well use them just to get me back into the right frame of mind!

So todays eating plan:
Breakfast, shake
Lunch, shake
Dinner, Pizza made with light pita breads that i have left over

Mmmm sounds good :)
 
is there any chance of convincing your partner to change their diet to help you ?
