I thought I'd start a new chapter of my diary, because ever since I changed a few things, learned a few things, and ran across FitDay and the P90 program, I feel like my efforts have taken on the form of a new chapter.

"You are only as good as your tools." someone once said. Tools can be soft skills or more tangible objects. For my weight goals, my tools had been my time altered and archaic educational experiences, and they failed me. I’ve updated my skills and feel like the changes I've seen are the start of something new in my life and lifestyle.

I started the P90 program June 1st. Sometimes I was simply too exhausted or sore to do it. All my exhaustion and soreness came exclusively from the program. I'm very happy with the results, but not so happy with my dedication. I could do better!

I also wasn't as dedicated to the diet regime as I’d hoped. It is really easy for me to eat every 3 hours with my schedule, and I found the idea of not eating until you were full but rather eating until you weren’t hungry very helpful to control portions. With this program I’ve identified a pattern and consequently acquired some tools to deal with the inclination to eat the wrong foods.

July 1st, I will start again with more dedication to the program. I want to give it a chance to work it's magic. It's a fundamental program and when done correctly – I’m very much looking forward to the results!
