Which Waterbury??

Ok, been doing alot of reading and alot of people have told me to try the Waterbury method although not saying which one.
What I mean is I'm beginning, and I want to gain some size as well as loose some fat, but with my work it's hard to train everyday or so.
I can do 2-3 days a week. I have started do just a leg day once a week.... and doing upper body 1-2 times a week.

I don't know which method is best, what exercises are best, and is there other programs I'm overlooking? Like the 5X5 for instance, will that work if I spilt up the workouts, or should I do a full body instead. Confused and thanks in advance.
 
The Waterbury Method is the title of one of his workout designs (the man likes to hear his name a lot).

There's also The Art of Waterbury, Total Body Training, Anti-Bodybuilding Hypertrophy I & II, Strength Focused Mesocycle, etc, etc, etc.

Thanks, but which one would I start with? After reading that it looks like there would be several, or should I just pick one and go with it?
