Which diet and exercise for me ?

Hiya
I,m new here, and i don't have a clue what to do,
i will admit I,m lazy haha i am 17 and weight about 18 stone, i think i am lucky in one sense because people say i don't look it but i still feel it, i really need to lose weight i hate i have tried everything, cutting down on what i eat, cutting out sweets and chocolate, eating loads of fruit and veg, the Atkins but nothing works, sometimes i feeling like if i chop it off would it hurt, i would never do it but i think about it, i have even got to the point were, when i eat food that bad for you i throw up to get it out of me. At the moment i am on diet tablets that the doctor gave me called orlistat but they aren't working like they used to when i first started them.

please i beg any of you to help me i cant cope looking and feeling like this anymore

I believe you need to talk to a professional about your emotional state before weight loss can really begin. IF your mind and self esteem are in the wrong place, then emotional eating will continue to tear at you. We can be supportive but you need someone in your life to talk to.
 
I'd ditch the diet pills. Exercise more and eat less shit. It's really that simple, the majority of the time. I agree with Jericho. I think you should seek some sort of professional help to evaluate your mental state before beginning anything--Fad diets like Atkins and diet pills wont work. It doesn't have to be so complicated--Find out how many calories you should be eating for your height/gender/age (google BMR calculator) and cut those calories by 500 a day to lose a pound a week.
Good luck and stick with it--You will see results if you make small changes.
