Whey Protein, and cutting questions.

After working out for quite a while I decided to try Whey Protein to enhance the results etc. With my workouts, I am always going for the cut look and less bulky. I am currently looking pretty good, pretty cut, etc. But, I was wondering what anyone would recommend to acheive greater results with different types of Whey Protein doses. I am 95 lbs 14 years old and wondering if I should take it before workout or after workout or half it before and after workout? Can someone give me some input?
 
in the grand scheme of things, different doses of whey wont make a difference. its the total meal plan that counts.

now what you want is to have a good pre workout and post workout meal or shake. fueling up before hand is important and refueling afterwards to take advantage of the state your body is in so nutrients go to recovery. :)
 
its fine. whey protein powder is there for nothing more than simplicity. quick protein, quick to fix, quick to take. :)
