Should I bulk up or cut down the fat. I realize i am by no means fat, but i have some fat on my oblique/ lower ab area that i really hate, unless im just being self conscious. (sorry about the size of the pics)

actually i lied, i think im going to try and keep my weight where it is for now, and then start to bulk, so i can keep my shape for summer. Do you guys think thats a good idea, or do you think i should just start to bulk anyway?
I'm in a similar situation as you are... I'm deciding to cut the last little bit of fat off and keep it off until summer is over and then start to bulk. For me at least summer is pretty much the only time I really have no shirt on so may as well look as good as I can during the summer. If you decide the same keep lifting or start lifting if you havent already to maintain your muscle or even gain some.

Bulk now! There's no way you'll be able to put on so much weight through a clean bulk during the next month or two that you'll lose any shape from gaining fat. To be honest, the next couple of months will probably be spend trying to train your body into being able to eat enough.
