where can i get ab rollers?

hi, does anyone know of any retail stores in canada or just in general that might sell ab wheels?

My friend has one of them and I felt that it did work my abs well when I used it, are they effective?

canadian tire...walmart..even zellers and sears have them but first try walmart or canadian tire

you can also use a barbell to roll out with.

Yea, they work. After doing a good workout with one of those you will feel it for a day even if you have solid abs. I got one that works great at Dicks Sporting TGoods.

help again. I found the ab wheel ( the one on top) in canadiantire, but I discovered it wasn't the one I wanted, which is the one on the bottom- the ab slider. I can't find them anywhere here. Any suggestions?
