when ur abs hurt

:confused: i don't know, but i'm use to my stomache being a certain shape, flat and abs defined when i wake up, but these few days when i wake up the lower part is kinda bloated feeling like it's not i added on fat or anything it's this feeling like theres gas, or water, but there shouldn't be since i haven't ate like fruits b4 bed. I was wondering cause i worked out my abs one too much, and it was hurting these past 3 days the same days my stomache feels this way. could it be that i injured my ab muscle so my stomache is like contrracting, that why my lower abs feels all expanded, can someone help out.
 
I don't know if I have anything that you will find help but on ething for sure is I suffer the same problem especially when I have really worked my abbs out. What I would suggest is try workign your abs every other day. But should so you know your not the only one.
