Ive been wondering lately about when to workout and how to workout properly.
For example, how often are you supposed to max out, and how often are you supposed to go higher reps?(what might be a good plan to follow) When are you supposed to take a break from lifting completely? Also, when you come back from a break, are you supposed to go straight into maxing out, or gruadually get there again? wow quite a few questions anyways thanks
