max bench - 140
max sqaut - 200
max deadlift - 160
max curl - 75 sad i know
max chin up - 20
max military press - 110
max bent over row - 135
and throw in any other exercise you can think of and tell me what you think do i suck of am i ok for my age,weight,and hight.
