What's your H.I.I.T.?

I'm just curious for all of you who do H.I.I.T. - what do you do besides running? Have you found anything besides running to do it with and what were the results?

I am starting H.I.I.T. with running this week, but plan on implementing it with jump rope and heavy bag as well.
 
i do mine on the stationary bike in the house. i warmup for about 5 minutes then go in 30 second intervals for up to 10 minutes.
 
I've had good sucess with: Hill sprints, Wind sprints, Bear Crawls, Swim Sprints, Jumpping Rope, Bends and Trusts, Mountain Climbers
