Whats The Best Routin!!!!

Hey everyone

I really need help with a routine.I need routine that will workout my intire body.My main goal though is to have strong arms and good looking abs (yes my diet is good :)) Please fill out the outline in the bottom.Thanks in advance :)

height 5'8, weight 140, age 16, time training 30mins? (3-4 days a week)

MY questions.

When people say you must do 10 reps 3 sets what does that mean? or when someone says 5x5

Please fill in the outline,and if possible please post how many reps i should do.Thanks

You should read around the forum, check out the stickies, etc. It's not a good first impression to post and "demand" someone to make a routine for you

a rep is short of repetition, this is how many times you lift the weight in one go. When you're finished with that, you have done one set. You rest between sets, but not between reps!

5x5 means 5 sets with 5 reps.
 
i went to like 30+ threads but most of them are more for experienced people,im a begginer thats why im askin peoples advice so i can make a routine.
 
I started browsing these forums at about your age too. Trust me man, there is good stuff in the threads. First thing you have to know is WHAT do you want to accomplish? Not just lift weights a while, and feel "cool". Also, keep in mind that nutrition is very important to acomplish your goals. Also, another suggestion... Dont ask people to build a routine for you. Build your own routine, and have people criticize it, comment it, help you better it. People are here to help, not design training routines for all who need them.
 
aight i will keep that in mind.The thing is i dont even know where to start.I look around these forums and people are saying all these things that i dont understand.
 
Monday

Biceps:15 reps of Curls ea hand (15 pounds)
Triceps: Triceps Dip 7 reps+
Shoulders: Cuban Press 10 reps-15 (15pounds)
Chest: Dumbbell Flyes 10 reps-15 (15pounds)
Cardio: 5mins jogging
Abs: A machine where i have to push inwards with ur foot and back (rep Until my abs hurt lol)

Tuesday

Playing sports for 1+ hours or resting depending if my body is in pain

Wednesday

Cardio: Basketball 1 hour or 20 mins on bikes
Shoulders: Power Partials 15 reps of 15 pounders
Biceps: Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl 15 reps of 15 pounders
Triceps:Triceps Dip 7 reps+
Chest: A machine which u pull weights inwards towards ur chess while ur chess is on a platforme. (15 reps and heaviest weight I can handle)
Abs: sit ups 60+ reps or until it burns

Thursday

Playing sports for 1+ hours or resting depending if my body is in pain

Friday

Biceps:Cross Body Hammer Curl 15reps of 15 pounders
Triceps:Triceps Dip 7 reps+
Chest:Chest: A machine which u pull weights inwards towards ur chess while ur chess is on a platforme. (15 reps and heaviest weight I can handle)
Shoulders: Side Lateral Raise 15reps of 15 pounders
Cardio: 10-15mins bikes or basketball for 1 hour
Abs: A machine where i have to push inwards with ur foot and back (rep Until my abs hurt lol)

Weekends

Chilling at home or playing sports.


When i got free time i usually go play hockey or basketball for atleast 1hour+.


My Diet

My mom cooks so i basically eat what she makes.Im filipino so i usually eat white rice with chicken or steak.My mom buys vegetables like carrots and salade which i eat.I also got fruits like pears,apples and bananas.I drink fruit juice and water.

Is this routine to much? or is it ok.

3x a week,Monday,Wednesday and Friday.If its to much is it ok if someone gives me advice which i should do per day.

Well I was planning to start with 15 pounders and then work my way up.Unless its better to save time and go with bigger weights and less reps.

Dumbbell Straight Leg Deadlift as much reps as i can with 15pounders
Dumbbell Bent-Over Row as much reps as i can with 15pounders
Dumbbell Bench Press as much reps as i can with 15pounders
Bent Over Two-Dumbbell Row With Palms-In as much reps as i can with 15pounders
