I really need help with a routine.I need routine that will workout my intire body.My main goal though is to have strong arms and good looking abs (yes my diet is good

height 5'8, weight 140, age 16, time training 30mins? (3-4 days a week)

When people say you must do 10 reps 3 sets what does that mean? or when someone says 5x5
