Whats the best kind of row??

i just do regular bent over rows with a barbell .. pullups are great if u can do them .. upright rows hit ur traps i believe while regular is more lats or wutever .. sorry im prolly wrong but im sure the others will chime in
 
i do them all , bent over row with the barbell targets the center back. Pull ups or the lat pull down machine, targets the lats, *wings* V shape muscles,
upright rows target the rear delts (back of shoulders) and the traps..... all the movements are great , i recommend doing them all..... need to do them all to maintain a decent symetry.
 
Be careful with upright rows, they put your shoulders into a very bad position.

wuts better bent over rows with barbell or dumbell or both?

Also i do them with cables but should i also do them with (bent over rows;barbell or dumbell) or is cables enough?
