yeah.. whats the "easiest" exercise.. what do you usually hit the most weight in. .the standard deadlift or the rumanian deadlift (like stiff legged only you bend knees slightly)
my program says rumanian i always thought it was romanian dont blame me!
ok, cuz i just found my 1rm on them.. it was 105kg, and last time i checked my standard deadlift that was 105.. so then im probobly fair to say that my standard deadlift has increased?
