The way i have been doin things is the first day i do Chest, Tri, Abs and then 2nd day i do Bis, Back, shoulder, and legs then i repeat and take a day off... is that to much?
Thats a good split but if you're going to be doing deadlifts I would suggest putting your legs and back day further apart, because your back will get worked doing deadlifts on legs day

Monday - Full Body Light Workout
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - Back, Traps
Thursday - Chest, Forearms
Friday - Legs, Shoulders
Saturday - Biceps, Triceps, Abs
Sunday - Off
