Whats a good FBW for cutting with only this equipment?

Dumbells of various weights
Bench with no squat rack (just got one from a friend who didn't want it)
Barbell with weights


I've never done any serious weight training before and I have been cutting from 160 lbs and am now 125 lbs. I'm 21, male. 5'3.
Is getting down to 115 ok first? I've been losing about 1 lb /week for about 9 months.

I'd like to do FBW 3 times a week, M,W,F
and then cardio (jogging on treadmill 3 of the off days) for ~45 mins
This ok?

Thinking about something like:

Alternating workout A and B

A
Dumbell Squat 3x10 (I have no rack and I would like to do this at home)
Barbell Bench Press 3x5
???????? Something for calves I can do???
Ab work weighted crunches??

B
Barbell Deadlift 1x5
Barbell Military Press 3x5 (can I do this from the floor??)
Barbell Pendlay Rows 3x5
Ab work weighted crunches??


Maybe Dumbbell or Bicep curls one day / week ?

Is this too much of a bulking workout? Or is there no such thing? Is 3x5 ok if I want to lose fat?

Well anywhere between 6-10 reps with heavy weight is ideal for muscle growth, 5 would be ok aswel i suppose. Doing low reps with high weight will reduce the amount of muscle loss also when cutting. And cutting is nearly all to do with diet.

You couldn't be doing a ''bulking workout'' as you say, unless you were eating enough to bulk. You cant bulk without the food.
