What would you do?

Lats? it would get you that V-Shape body that people yurn for so much. Maybe some Weighted Crunches...What do you think you need to work on.
 
I would guess legs since they aren't in the picture :p

Other than that, looks real even. Great job man, keep it up.

Wow- the pot just called the kettle black. And what did your little response hav t o contribute. The difference is when she says "I don't know what to say" then I know at least one person out there thinks I have done a god job. Unlike yourself who only decides to join in to stab someone and offer nothing. If you want to make enemies on the boards, then so be it, but try picking on someone who has not been a valuable contributor.

Jenn said she didn't know what to say, which in my opinion is better than the hundreds of who look at a thread and don't respond at all. All you did was flame her.

Now, play nice or leave the playground...

Thanks Megan. I agree with the arms for sure. I struggle between doing compound moves to grow. When I look at my biceps I have the urge to do nothing but curls for weeks on end.
 
Overall you look pretty good, but I'd have to say work on the traps..

Assuming your back & legs are of good size..
 
Streamline, what is your problem man? In case you hadn't noticed, Jenn's post was actually ecouraging to tenpercent telling him that whatever he does, it works. Words of encouragement are welcomed by most people here, although obviously not by you.

Tenpercent - I would have to say the lats too to fill out a V but, thats assuming that you aspire to that kind of shape. Other than that, I don't know what to say either...good job

i would have to say, if i was looking at that body and it was mine i would do more arm workouts. But i would be happy to get a body like that!! lol

hopeing the 60lbs more will get me real close.
 
I would say that some some lagging parts would be traps, delts and biceps. Not sure what your triceps, back or legs look like though or what your goals are but you seem to be on the right track.
