What would happen if...

Assuming that you were operating in a caloric deficit, you would be (at some point) skinny-fat, like a marathon runner. If you were operating in a surplus, you would be fat-fat. Either way, you would begin to lose your muscle (assuming you have muscle bulk) without the stimulus. That's the simple answer.
 
Thanks. I was just curious, wasn't going to do it. I know muscle helps with metabolism and fat burning. I'm still working on devising a solid routine, all I know is cardio 6 days a week and weight training MWF. Now I just need to figure out the best exercises for me to implement within the workout.
