what to do!!! totaly confused...

hi,

i am 5.4 inch with 52kg of weight. but my waist is 32/33 :(

while my BMI shows that i m under weight...


what to do now..do i need to decrease my diets to reduce my waist??
or just eat normal with body building exercises??? or eat extra for increasing weight...

please suggest me some thing good...
 
as karky said, build up your arms/shoulders/chest/back/ and your waist will look smaller,also dont forget your legs,good luck

if i start exercises with more eating...what about my waist????

i did the the upper body exercises for three months...but the waist is same..

then i left the exercises....

the front part of my waist is too much as compare to my body....:(
 
Id simply just eat and weight train man, your body will go in proportion, doubt youl put much more fat on if your training properly. Is your goal to be a big f*cker? :) like my goal? :D

what kind of exercise? Do you have access to a gym?
If you bulk up first and gain some muscle, then cut down the fat, it should take care of the problem

yes i have joined a gym. start diff exercises with the guidence of instractor.

chest. shoulders .. wings ...etc etc...

do i need to eat more and more with some food suppliments ???

as i said my body is slim....
