what should I eat to help bulk up abit

so I've decided that I would bulk a bit and cut later and I just had a couple of questions.
1.) Ive been eating about 2800 calories a day and with my cardio thats about a 200 cal deficit cuz I was previously tryin to cut (my bf% is 11). I know I need to increase the amt of cals I eat but I was wonderin what I should be eating more of I already get about 150g protein a day (i weigh about 180) If i eat any more it would just be a waist and wont get absorbed.
2.) I do at least some sort o cardio every day but when I lift which is 4 days a week I do stair stepper or just walk on incline for a little bit so its not so intense and I dont burn that many cals, on my cardio days I run with very high intensity. Can I still keep my cardio? I do it cuz I love cardio not cuz I have to

I know I already eat like a beast with no cardio, so if ur gonna keep all that up, Ur gonna have to eat like 8 massive high cal meals or you wont gain.

Its all about trial and error.

well i would eat loads of complex carbs early on in the day..

my favourites are either jordan's muesli which has nuts for protein and raisins- for sugar and taste, or pitta bread has almost no sugar in it whilst also having quite a few g of protein. if you are short on cash- as i am- a good and cheap source of protein is Sainsbury's soya mince, @ 52p per 200g bag, its a real bargain and each bag contains i think 94 g protein and 66g carb as well as next to no fat. however there is in downside in that it is tasteless, but eaten raw with a good amount of chilli sauce on top, its a cheap and not too tasteless food to have

Eat around 180 grams of protein per day. There's no need to exceed that number. In order to fill your caloric means, the rest of nutrients that will get you to the amount of calories you're shooting for will be carbohydrates and fats. Whole Wheat Pasta, Whole Wheat bread, brown rice, Natural Peanut Butter, are healthy meals that also contain a lot of calories which will help you in your bulking process.

5-6 meals a day would be enough, be sure to include carbohydrates and protein in each meal.
 
I'm 20 years old and about 180lbs, Also should I only eat a lot of carbs early Cuz I've heard that your suppose to have a good carb meal post workout
