hey guys i need some help i looking to bulk up a bit well i want to know where should i keep my carbs some guys say i should try and keep them low but when bulking you need alot of calories so what do you think please help thanks
if you want to bulk which you probally shouldnt do at your age, but you need tons and tons of carbs, and protein and you need to lift lots of weights which again at your age is not reccomended unless you want to look like egor.
