Reduce your weight with solving thyroid problem.

sometime, you get the problem of hypothyroidism and you don't know the problem and it creates lower production of hormones which reduces the speed of blood metabolism which gives you laziness.

you should try to move here and there for digesting your food and increasing the blood metabolism. if you become able to increase your blood speed via thyroid hormone then you will see that your all fat is melting in to glucose.

Jumping to hypothyroidism is a bit much if you are wondering about your weight loss. If you really think that you have this, first read about it at the Mayo Clinic.

then talk to your doctor..but honestly? People tends to want to jump to something like that instead of looking at the simple real solutions it is most likely to be..eating too many calories.

Yours posts are reallly annoying me. They are all very generic. And mostly false. No, you do not need to take "huge water" to lose. drinking water will be a big help, but lets not over exaggerate the amt of water you need to consume. Also...diet pills...really? No, taking a diet pill will only harm your attempts to lose weight. Finally...my favorite...."burn fat" noooo kidding??? You can't simply "burn fat" on your own. THis is achieved through a healthy diet and exercise.
