My ski machine's tention strap just snapped, and the thing's so out-of-date that I can't get a new one! I work out on it for 30 mins a day. For now, I'm not sure what form of exercise to do. I'm doing jumproping for now. But I love my ski machine, and it's a rare model that isn't made anymore. I'm thinking of getting an elliptical. Do they give similar benefits of ski machines?
