What should I be eating more of

Alright, as of right now, my lifting is going great, and most of my eating. I just have a few questions though.

1) Should I eat scrambled eggs in the morning? I am making hardboiled eggs right now for breakfast tomorrow but I have been given scrambled since monday.

2) What should I eat more of in terms of deli meat. I get a ham and cheese sandwich everyday, but I dont know whats better (they also offer turkey and roast beef).

3) Does it matter if I consume whole milk or not? Because my family is used to whole milk so I drink it in the morning, but at school I have 1%.

4) Is there anything else I should eat that is protein filled, because I am allergic to peanut and peanut extracts, and I hate fish, so i dont know what else to eat besides steak, turkey, and chicken for dinner (protein wise)

I''m no expert, but if it were me, I'd try to eat turkey over ham as much as possible.

As for milk, I drink 1%, just a lot less fat than whole milk.

Lots of protein in beans, and they are quite tasty...

just a little offtopic here:
Is 1% milk the lowest you got over there?
Here in Norway we got 0.1% fat milk..

No, they have something called skim milk, which has around .02% fat, is the lowest it can reach.

Also, would pistachios be a good nut to eat? Because those are the only type of nuts i like.

Skim Milk/1% have a higher protein to volume ratio because protein replaces the volume that the fat would take, but essentially its not really significant. So protein wise it doesn't matter.

Basically, it comes down to two things. First, Whole milk has more calories because its fat content, so if you want to increase your calorie intake drink whole milk. Second, the fat in milk are mostly saturated fatty acids - the bad kind.

I drink skim and 2% just to mix it up.
