What I've learned so far in class...

honestly, i didn’t even have the patience to explain it. my friend and i just looked at each other dumbfounded. I shook my head, chuckled, and walked away. She went on to explain it to her, but I’m not sure what she said afterwards. Later on, right before we had to get together as a class to do our 250 crunches.. she started talking to us about losing more body fat and that we probably shouldnt lose any more to remain healthy.. whatever. this class is a joke lol

me: i had the same issue, but decided to bulk and cut later
professor: what do you mean? why cant you do both?

yeah, what do you mean? Right now I'm bulking my biceps, quads and upper back with 10 rep sets, and cutting my abs and calves with 20 rep sets. Are you saying I'm doing something wrong? :confused:
