Your Eating Economy refers to the effectiveness of your current diet.
It refers to the "Bang for the Buck" you get from the foods you eat.
If refers to the "Pay off" you get from the program you follow.
Having high energy levels, satisfied, being healthy and lean are all trademarks of a HIGH Eating Economy.
Unable to lose weight, stubborn fat, always hungry or stuffed and dependent on caffeine are trademarks of a LOW Eeating Economy.
High Eating Economy:
Eating abundant amounts fresh fruits , vegetables, lean meats, healthy fats & low gi carbohydrates are the CORNERSTONE of a HIGH Eating Economy.
Low Eating Economy:
Trademarks of a very low eating economy are diets littered with processed & refined foods. Loaded with dairy and caffeine/stimulant products.
Below is a great example of a Very Low Eating Economy, littered with red flags- that a girl sent me.

Meal #7 (optional if i wake up in the middle of the night hungry):

Total Calories if I eat 7th Meal = 1580 Without Meal #7 1500
I am drinking a bottle of water with each meal. If I drink a diet pop (Diet Dew and Diet Sunkist are my staples) I try to have water after that as well.
I am also drinking Diet Green Tea, and a cup of coffee whenever I want. I have a thing for Dunkin Donuts hazelnut coffee.
My carbmaster yogurt is something that the local grocery store makes...my trainer was the one who stands by this--it only has 80 calories, 12 grams of protein, and 4 grams of carbs."
