I've been running to get my 1.5 mi time down for my SEAL screening test.  and i missed it by 1 minute i have 11:30 in boots and pants.  i ran a 12:34 .  i have a thread in my diary its in the womens section by mistake.   but my 1.25 fastest is 8:53 which woudl put me at 1.5 around 11:00 which is fine with my my 1.5 last nght was 11:50 i felt a little slower. i guess i wastn in the mood.  but i ran 6 days this past  week in boots and pants.  today i have some muscle pain around my knee joints.  is this normal?  i mean i hade muscle pain after i ran a few times.  but only for 30 mins or so.  so is this pain i have today, my body telling me to take a break? or is it normal.  i planned on runnin 6days a week in boots and pants for 2 weesk to get that minute off of my time.  at best looks like i have gotten it down to 11:00 but i woudl like to get it under 10:30
