what is this

hi i got a question since about 2 weeks i stoped weight training and well i feel stronger like when i was lifting i could do 105 on a bench press today my friend needed a spoter so he could me and well i tryed it and i did 110 lbs on the bench for 3 reps i think it was just mind over matter but what do you think.
 
maybe when you were working out you didnt give yourself enough time to heal..

or there could be a weight difference. i know that @ my old school i could do 225 18 times, but when i went to a gym i could only do it 13 times; and this happened everytime i went to one or the other, i always got more @ school then @ the gym, so i weighed the plates, and it turns out that the ones @ my school were like 3-4lbs off each!
