SS=Steady State Cardio. Merely implying staying at a set level of intensity or heart rate for an extended period of time. Think of it in terms of pacing yourself.
There really is no "regular" cardio, however I find when people are just loosely discussing cardio, steady state what they are referring to.
Me too!! Nice idea though, maybe you stand still, your heart beat raises of its own accord by sheer will power of the mind. Slow body though, super slow!
