Ok, I can't give you much info on full body workouts that don't use weights, because all I use is free weights. The only exercise I do that doesn't involve weights is handstand pushups (shoulder exercise), but that is more of a hobby as I use my free weights for more serious workouts to target the shoulders.
Cutting - process of losing bad body weight while maintaining as much muscle mass as you can.
Bulking - process of gaining good body weight.
There is also a maintenance phase where your goal isn't to bulk or cut, but to gradually get your body into better shape while maintaining as much good weight as possible.
Push ups are very good if you don't have access to weights, but they are equivalent to a low end bench press, they will get you results but not nearly as much as heavier free weight workouts would.
If you are new to cardio, you can start doing it 10 mins. per cardio day, then up it to 15 mins. after about 1-2 weeks, then up it to 20 mins. after another 1-2 weeks and so forth.
