I am Billy from Malaysia. I am a chinese. I am 4ft 4in (I am very very short =\) and weight a fatty 46 kg. I have been on a diet since early february, and has since lost 2 kilos but I dont really see a difference but my mom said i grew tinner and so did the scale.
I will be talking about my daily habits and food intake in this diary, feel free to give advise
and no...dont worry I am not like this

Todays intake
Breakfast at 9 : Kolo mee ( a famous mee with sauce and sliced pork ... but i didnt eat the pork cause i dont really like it) = around 400 calories
Lunch 12: 30 : 1 half boiled/soft boiled egg with 2 toast = around 240 calories
Tea time at 4 : 1 toast with butter = 80 calories
Sweets at random time : some golden seeds raisin .. 1 box = 130 calories and i ate just little so = 30-50 calories
Dinner : curry chicken (skin off and dried so there is minumum sauce), around 200 g of rice and some fish = 240 + 400 + 130 ...a total of 770 for dinner..
TOTAL: 1530 - 1650.
Opinions?

Exercise
1. A walk to the market is around 1 to 1.3 km
2. An evening (5-6pm) walk around a km or 1.3km

1. why did the scale say i lost 2 kg but i dont see any difference?
