First of all i would like to thank you once again for giving me all the tools i need to make an educated decision... This is a great disscussion..

No problem. ;)

I liked your example with the firemen that made it easier for me to understand.

But That gives good input for an educated choice, right?

lol thats a good one

I guess the whole thing amounts to what one's circumstances are and what type of situation one is in.

EXACTLY.

The issue is that we cannot all know what every detail is inside our bodies at all times, and those of us who are more aware than average, STILL have risk of causing issues when taking something that needs to be treated as medicine.

If this is the case with people who are knowledgable about their own bodies, what about the average unknowing person?

That is why it is dangerous to ever advocate the masses use anything with medicinal herbs. -Unless the idea of taking them is to specifically treat a precise health condition or illness.

Figured i would keep you guys Updated:

I have been taking this vitamin for awhile now and it seems to helping me out for the most part. Physicaly i feel great except for those days where i pull something from not streching as good as i should have.

Lol no synthetic vitamins my ass, whole food based my ass lol. cyanocobalamin B12, AKA Synthetic Vitamin. There were a number of other problems with this product. However, i do not feel like going into it and maybe it was already discussed in this thread or maybe not. I wouldn't know because i did not read all the previous post.

Well it would be nice if you read the whole post and then actually explained the premises for your conclusion.

My mistake, I meant "postS" not the directly preceding post behind mine.

Conclusion? Well ALL b12 that comes in the form of "cyanocobalamin" is synthetic. What more explanation do you need?

They may have made the wrong claim about that but does that condemn the whole product? Plus from what i read b12 it has helpful effects.

Yes, that and among other things completely condemn the product. There are far better multivitamin out there. There is nothing whatsoever that holds this one above any other.

I would not ingest this product if i was given a years supply for free.

B12 is extremely important. No one said it wasn't. Synthetic B12 though in certain studies has actually been found to be "Harmful" the kidneys as well as not absorbed Or converts well in the body. Besides many other studies show all synthetic vitamins to be harmful to the body in some way. And just think for a moment, Fake vitamins, your basically taking a chemical. Simple as that, its nothing more then a man made chemical trying to replicate what nature provides us perfectly.
Why do they use synthetics? Because their cheap and do not want to make a quality product.

Seeing as they were to cheap to make the product half way decent and supply real B12 i suspect every other vitamin in it is synthetic that can be.

And, i bet this product is made over in china and if this is the case NO one should ingest this.

Quit wasting your money on this. Move on and find a better product. Trust me, it wont be hard.

Hey Overtime, you need to fix your signature.
"If flesh and blood were as strong as pride we would all be invinsible!"

its spelled I-N-V-I-N-C-I-B-L-E...there's no S in invincible.

back on topic - I think we've beaten this horse to a bloody pulp. You fell for their marketing scheme, like many other people. the product is not a miracle, and if Hawk knows his stuff as well as it seems, then its actually a potentially bad supplement to take a lot of.

a vitamin shouldn't make you feel 'real good'.
and if you pulled something when stretching, I think you're doing your stretches wrong...namely static stretchign pre-workout, which is a no-no.
