what i do

ok, im 16, and about 164 lbs

at the moment im doing this when at the gym

flat bench press

incline db

Triceps Cable Pushdowns

bicep curls

Lateral Raises

Deadlifts

Barbbell Shrugs

all 3 sets of 12 reps

then to finish a 15 minute jog, critise people

The bold is where I have changed them. People may differ from me as this is just my personal opinion, I think that makes a good full body workout.

If I were to change anything else, I would do a little more free weights instead.
