What I Ate Today

Here is what I ate today. If someone could please tell me if I am on the right track or not, I would appreciate it.

7 am - Tea (water, milk, sugar, teabag - 1 cup)

At about 10 am, I have gym at school and we went to the weight room and I worked my biceps and triceps for about 25 minutes (with rests in between).

2 pm - Subway sandwich (Parmesan bread, lots of lettuce, onions, some halopenos, one slice of American cheese, light on the mayonnaise, 1 foot long)

At about 3 pm, I used my 10 lb dumb bell and worked my biceps and triceps again (curls, ect) for about 20 minutes (no rest).

7 pm - 1 1/2 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios (plain, no milk)

I know that you are supposed to eat ever three hours and that is not convenient for me. But I do it my way (the most convenient). So, if anyone could tell me if I am eating too much or too less, I would appreciate it.

I eat more for breakfast then you eat in an entire day!

Get serious about lifting, going and doing a few exercises here and their wont do "Squat". Eating like that, wont help you either.

Not only will you not gain significant muscle mass (if any at all), you are harming your health Short and long term from your poor eating.
 
^^^ What do you mean, get serious? I am serious - I worked out for 40 minutes today. Also, I want to know if I am eating too much or too less in order to lose weight?

Your diet is far to low in protein, high in refined simple carbs, Low in good fats,low complex carbs/fiber.
Hell your diet is low in everything good and seems to be high in whats bad.

Serious? working your biceps and triceps alone for 40 minutes with such low weight will reap you little to no rewards.

I would rather not go into great detail here, but, You are not eating enough, You are not eating enough of the right foods, you are not exercising in the right fashion.

Your missing the point here. You are doing DAMAGE to your body on this diet, whether or not you will loose weight is a moot point. But to answer your question, I would not be surprised if your body enters in the "Starvation" mode we talk about allot on here. In which case if it does (and likely will) you will not continue to loose weight. The weight you loose on this diet (if any) will likely come back the moment you ever decide to eat right.
