What HIIT

its High Intensity Interval Training, if i were you in, in the future, please "use" the search function :]

u do it with any cardio machine or u can do it just by running outdoors.

running as fast as you can for 30-45 secs, then switchin to jog/walk for 45 seconds - 1 minute. Up to 10 minutes or how ever long you want. Most people do HIIT for 10 minutes to 20 minutes.

You basically sprint to ur hearts content at 90-100% heart rate, then taking a breather at 50-70% of your heart rate. you repeat at least 10 times. More repetitions, the better.

Most people do HIIT with an empty stomach or fasted as it is one of the most effective ways of burning fat. During HIIT, your body's hormones cause your body to utilize its fat storage as energy. This is in fact not an easy exercise because after every session, you'll most probably feel like "crap" or "exhausted." This is indeed a good thing & in addition, High Intensity Interval Training is different from "normal cardio" because it "actually" burns fat and theres minimal muscle loss involved. If you do normal cardio for too long, it would be a bad thing, not for HIIT however.

The only thing other thing you need to be aware about HIIT is that, its the only cardio routine you would need "necessarily" when your cutting as its the best way to lose the fat and keep the muscle. HIIT is meant to be infrequent so keep your sessions 2-3 times a week at most. NO MORE. most of your results will be associated with your diet and other exercises.

Enjoy! I hope you found this informative.
