What happens if...

Obviously we are all working towards the body that we desire as well as enjoying seeing the benefits along the way. Anyway, what happens when you reach that target and then you dont keep up to that strict routine that you currently doing?

I kno im going to get slated for this question, with answers like you shouldnt undertake a routine if your not going to keep it up for life or something, I just want to kno! Cheers

If you do infact reach your goal and are happy there (doesn't happen to most people; they'll either reach it and want more or never reach it), you can do a maintenance routine which usually isn't as intense.

If you are happy witht he way your body looks, then you maintain. Not nearly as hard as trying to gain OR to cut, but it still poses it's challenges. When you get happy with yourself, you generally slack more on diet and exercise, so there will still be times when you have to hit the gym harder. Being healthy should be a lifestyle moreso than a goal. You don't have to be a fitness nut, but just be aware of what it's doing for you...stronger, leaner, happier, younger looking...and the list goes on.

haha the only time i am going to stop working out is when I am dead in my coffin my mind always pushes me for more. There is no bar to clear you are climbing an endless wall and you just want to see how high you can get....
