what happaned???

Guys i'm 15 years old i'm 150lbs and about 5'4. Last year my whole life was diet and exercise and i don't know if i was upsest(forgive my speeling), but i loved it with all my heart. Last year i was 125lbs and like 16%bf and now imma like 24% and i feel so gross and weak and i used to workout 3 days a week and i would never skip a day lifting was my life and you would'ent catch me dead with any candy or soda. Since this year i been off my deit and eat what ever i can find i try to workout but half way in the first exercise i give up i guess i lost my passion for it because of all the problem i been goin though and i want it back so if you can give me a few words to make this my life again i would be very greatful.

Well, just think of how ya felt when you were exercising and eating properly. Set some goals for yourself and go out and get your butt back in shape

you say you have other problems in your life. maybe you need to focus on those for a while. stress can really take a lot out of you, physically and mentally. You are young, even if you put a few extra pounds on, when you are ready to come back to focusing on training hard it should all come off real quickly. The older you get, the harder it is.

While diet and fitness, i believe, should be an important part of everyones life, it should never take away from the problems of everyday life.

but it is a nice vacation from them!!

yeah but as long as real world problems dont suffer because of your lack of attention to them. Especially if they are lowering the effectiveness of the exercise in the first place.

It's nice to see that you've acknowledged your decline in healthy activities. That's the first step. These personal problems of yours sound like they make quite the impact on your life. The gym is a good stress reliever for me but people are different. Personally, I believe getting healthy will definitely change things around. If you don't think you're ready, get your personal life straightened out. Either way, it's great that you're ready to take the initiative. More power to ya.
