I doubt very seriously if there is an exercise that will stunt your growth. Yes, your bones are somewhat in development still......but moving external weight only makes the bones stronger.
If you are new to the game of lifting you shouldn't be maxing out anyway. So for now master your basic movements young jedi. Eat a lot of good stuff. And have fun.
Yes, you can lift heavy just don't go to failure or max reps (1-4 reps) quite yet. Get a few years of solid lifting under your belt before hitting maximal and or failure training.
