what excerises + diet should i do?

im looking to add some more muslce to my arms, lose the excess fat around my stomach and increase overall fitness and stamia levels

i know that the fitness and stamia can only be increased through cardio activities but i want to know which excerises are the best suited for what i want to achieve

also what food is best suited for this as i got roughly a 4 month time limit as my girlfriend is goin away and i want to look different for when she comes back, so any help is apprechiated

Well, to lose the excess fat you will just have to do cardio. However, remember that you cannot spot reduce so you will not only be losing fat around your stomach area but around your body as a whole.

For cardio its really up to you to choose what exercise you find most comfortable and like the most. Personally for cardio I enjoy using the treadmill, elliptical, swimming, and just playing any sport overall.

For the arm muscles:
Biceps:
Barbell Bicep Curls
Dumbell Bicep Curls
Triceps:
Tricep Extensions
Skull Crushers
Pull downs
You can use dips also which help with chest and triceps, but I think for concentration on triceps the previous three are better.
Forearm:
Reverse Curls
 
read all the threads that say sticky in each forum section, then come and ask any specific questions you may have.
 
Yea, you have to read around, there is a ridiculous amount of highly useful information right here on this site! You have to think of your goals in a big picture. Don't concentrate on getting more muscle on your arms, it's just not that simple, and you will not make much progress isolating them. Get yourself a nice, structured workout, eat appropriately, add some cardio, and you will see your muscles grow, and your overall health improve drastically!
