alright is it a bad thing that if you do a good strong upper body workout that is about 40 minutes long and around 20-30 minutes later you are not really that sore any more just a lil tired.....is that a bad thing....wat does it mean
im not sure anyone gets sore immediately after a workout, i dont become sore til the next morning. I never feel sore afterwards, just a bit tired. I think its alllll goooooood
