What do you think?

What do you think about how things are going?

I'm sorry for the really really bad quality photos but thats all i could come up with at the moment. What do you think exercise and eating wise i will have to do to show my six pack?

I think that you will have to do some serious lifting to get your abs to show. Your already lean and lacking muscle mass. If you increase your overall body mass then your abs will show more easily at a higer BF%. What I would do is eat like a demon (the right foods of course) look at l~v's grocery list.

From there you can asess whether you like where your heading. The most important thing to remember is that Rome wasnt built in a day.

I'm still a bit confused. This will sound stupid but when i lay flat on the floor i can feel and see my six pack so i'm still not really sure what i need to do. Surely if can see my six pack (although laying down) then all i have to do is reduce my BF% to get rid of that layer of fat. About 3-4 weeks ago i couldn't feel my six pack at all so this means that my ab's have strenghtened over this time, if i kept doing my workout the same for another 3-4 then without doing something to my diet and increasing my bf, the workout should reveal my ab's. Have i got this wrong? Would doing this not work?

Can anyone make this a little clearer for me?

from what I have been seeing friend, it is in building the muscles, that will burn that last "layer of fat." The body uses resources and it will burn them muscles you are feeling if you don't use them or "build them."

The only advice i can give you is to try what is suggested here by the experienced people who "HAVE" what you want.

if you were taking my message to say "carry on" that is not what I meant. I meant take the advice of NBS4Life and others here.

I know about performance stuff and taking your body and mind to the edge... now, if you want some of that,,, let's getter-done,,, but the vanity stuff, body image, and sculpting is why I am here too.

Take advice and try some stuff.

just because you're able to feel your abs, doesn't mean they're developed enough to have a six pack. You need to spend some time bulking your abdominals up so they will "pop" through.

There are a lot of complex exercises that will work your abs just as well, if not better then ab isolation. Incorporate some deadlifts, and squats, (even pull ups and dips require your abs for stabilization). If you must isolate, work your abs like you would any other muscle, 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps is a pretty safe range.

PLEASE don't continue to cut down, because you're already very lean! If/when you do get lean enough to see your abs, all you'll be able to see are a few faint lines. Bulk your abs (and the rest of your body) so they'll really stand out!
