I'm new to the forum! I'm from Portugal, 18 years old and I've been lifting wights for a while now, with some highs and lows, but I think I've made some progress... I would like to know what you guys think of my progress so far.
I'm planing to improove my workout routine so I can gain a bit of more mass (not too much tough). I put a very big effort on my chest and my abs so I'd like to know if you guys think I'm doing well.
Later on I'll take some posing pictures and post my routine and see if anyone can help me, since I've been doing things all by myself at home for the last three years lol
