hey guy me again i found a deit with good protein tell me if it's good or not oh yeah i'm in home school because i stated working out a year ago and i got in a lot of fights in school and i won god bless the man who made up push-ups so i wake ups pretty late ok here it go's.

12:00 total protein with low fat milk(more protein)

3:00 30 grams of platers peanuts and whey protein

6:00 microwave chicken

9:00 apple with whey protein (as you can see i'm trying to get protein in all my meals)

12:00 cheese bugers

please give me some advice if it's not good thanks do much.
 
I see a lack of fiber in the diet as well. Old Fashioned Oatmeal in the morning...and some brown rice with the chicken.
