what do you think?

hey i'm robert i'm 13 5 foot 125 lbs and i starting a diet but i'm lacking carbs so can someone give a clue to some food that has some carbs in it and i'm alredy taking a protein supplment so i don't want to take a carb suppment to please help thanks
 
You should not be on a diet being so young. You can harm your growth if you have a poor enough diet. You need to be eating a balanced healthy meal. Do some cals if you want to tone up, but no weight training.
Carbs are found in bread, pasta, rice, crackers, fruit, veggies, peanut butter, etc... Almost everything has carbs. Look at the food labels on what you are eating. In case you didn't know carbs are carbohydrates.

I couldn't agree more with Johnny. At your age you body is starting to go through so many changes, the last thing you want to do is deprive it of anything you need for healthy growth. Make sure you have a well balanced diet, do your own research on foods, and don't be afraid to experiment. As far as "junk food", enjoy in moderation.
 
how about a bowl of broccoli at lunch and dinner, with a tasty salad dressing on it. i have that, and im positive it doesnt make me fatter. probably so full of good nutrients it helps for cutting
