What do you think of this split?

the problem here is that Elan's statement suddenly changed from gaining weight to gaining muscle, which are two different things.

Yeah, all beacuse I used the word weight instead of muscle. many apologies.
It is hard to ignor ppl like Pwill, who attack me personaly just becuse I believe in full body workouts. I'm sorry I gave in to it.
agreed, would be nice to see the posts deleted that are not answering the question.

Maybe I took your comment in the wrong way then, I thought you were addressing my points in general and not just the statement so I appologise for taking it so personally

No worries. I will be sticking around and over time you will see I take nothing personal and attack no one personally. For those here that know me I am one of the moderators at MH and hate internet arguing. :beerchug:

Muscles are made in the kitchen, not the gym (who said this? his name escapes me)
I believe its "abs are made in the kitchen", but I don't want to wade into the argument. The philosophy of it (I may be wrong) is that people hit the gym, do their splits or FBW's, ab workouts but don't watch closely their diet. This is why you see guys staying the same small size and claiming they are "hard-gainers".

I decided to follow one of Chad Waterbury's Hypertrophy workouts after the Bill Starr.

I can't wait to start weight lifting again; as soon as basic training is over. I did like 250+ pushups yesterday.....

I did Chad waterburys "The Anti-Bodybuilding Hypertrophy Program".
Is this the one you mean?
I really enjoyed it and made some good gains.
Im sure you'll find it by googling

O thanks, this is exactly what I'm looking for. When it said "anti-bodybuilding" I thought it was a program for cutting instead of bulking so I skipped over it.

What is Chad Waterbury up to these days last I heard he was training Heidi Montag. There could be over a hundred Chad Waterbury's workouts and he likes taking digs at other workouts.

Face like a horse though

True actually, but i'd still stick it.
