What do YOU think is the best way to bulk/cut

Been thinking about bulking and cutting phases. Right now I'm really just trying to gain some muscle and not worry about losing anymore fat. I was just thinking of how long one should eat in a surplus while gaining muscle before they decide to cut again. I've read a few different opinions like the best way is with long bulks and then a very strict shorter cutting phase. I've read that some alternate every 6 weeks or throw in a cutting week here and there. Any thoughts?
 
Well, bulk until you feel you are getting too fat then cut, that's the logical thing to do. Eat a surpluss, but only gain like around 0.5 lbs a week, that way it won't be that much fat to go along with it.
 
to get big you gotta think big.. just eat eat eat.. i am trying to gain weight for football and i need to gain about 30 pounds so i am eating 8 eggs in the morining with a can of tuna and every 2-3 hours 2 chicken breasts.. with veggies or rice.. i have been doing it for about 2 weeks its kinda expensive but ive already gained about 4 pounds but make sure you still work out while your doing this so you just dont get fat.. once you get to a good size put cardio (running/abs) into your workout and you should lean down pretty easily if you stay consistent but remeber you just gotta keep eating you should go through the whole day with a feeling that your full..

It doesn't matter how much you are lifting, eating that much will cause more fat gain than muscle gain
 
i also am an advocate for the slow bulk.
although i had good success with a conventional bulk, i got to 15% BF and it didnt look very sexy at the time. after cutting, it would have been beautiful though.
