What do you recommend?

Hey i am new hear and i have been looking all over the internet for some sort of fitness program but i can't quite find what i am looking for. I would be good to have a personal trainer but there is no way i could afford such a thing.

I am looking for like a complete fitness program, cardio and weight training. I am trying to get lean and pretty toned/cut and ultimately get a 6 pack I am willing to put in like an hour and a half a day.

male 17 years old 5'10'' somewhat stocky build 175lbs
probably about 15% bodyfat

I would appreciate any programs or advice you can offer.
